All such appointments are time-bound and performance-based, with no automatic claim to permanent status.

1. Definition

A temporary leave vacancy arises when a full-time teacher is on:

  • Maternity leave
  • Medical leave
  • Personal/family emergency leave
  • Study leave or deputation
