EID SPECIAL ASSEMBLY

Eid was celebrated in school on the 4th  of November. The 1st graders and 9th  graders were the ones in charge of the Primary and secondary section assemblies respectively. It started off with an Arabic song, whose credit goes to our 10th  graders. Next was the Hindi song, which was sung remarkably. We had a choral recitation that narrated the willingness of prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his young first born son Ishmael. Following this poem, was an English song which won a lot of appreciation from the audience. The last event was the touching story of a student, Nada, who realized God’s love, is great and humans are weak. The audience was asked to share their personal experience in which they felt the presence of God. We had a volunteer Johansson, from grade 8 who told everyone his story. The assembly ended with the addresses of Fr. Francis Kharjia ( Director ), Fr. Lionel Braganza ( Principal )and Fr. Franco Pereira ( Administrator ).
